UW Guru Privacy Policy

UW Guru is an agent-only placement tool. The public domain may be uw-guru.com or another domain Daniel purchases. This is not a consumer product and not a public quote site.
What we collect. From agents and trainees: name, email, mobile, password (held by our auth provider), NPN, resident state, license number, and upline name/email/phone when you are a trainee. From the cases you type: client identity (name, DOB, address, phone), health answers, medications, tobacco, build, finances, notes, and follow-up dates. We do not store a full Social Security number. Last-4 is optional.
Why. To provide the workspace, approve who may use it, keep the tool secure, and keep an audit of open / export / delete actions without writing an SSN into the log.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use client case data for advertising.
Processors. Vercel hosts the application. Supabase provides authentication and the database (with disk encryption at rest). They process data only to run this service.
Sharing. We share information only if required by law or as needed to operate the service (hosting and auth). We do not put this tool’s database on a public marketing website or WordPress.
Retention. We keep a case until you delete it or the account is closed, then we delete it within a reasonable window. Audit rows record the action and case id, not the SSN.
Your requests. An approved agent may access or delete their own account and cases from the workspace (Delete on a case; ask Daniel to close the login). We do not offer a consumer access portal because consumers are not end users of this tool.
Security. Traffic uses TLS. Access requires a login. Case rows are limited by row-level security so an agent sees only their cases. Full SSN is not stored. This policy does not claim HIPAA coverage, SOC 2 certification, or that the tool is “regulator-proof.”
Children. UW Guru is not for consumers or minors as end users. It is for approved licensed agents and named trainees.
